Unless if you have something that you can't recover, redo or outsource it, they can take a month telling you that they haven't found another controller to test the disk and you still have to deal with sending the disk outside (and getting it back). I don't know of any portuguese company that does it (the ones I know that advertise the service send it somewhere else). Good luck anyway.
